ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with the constitution of the Society, I hereby give notice to advise you that the Annual General Meeting of the Weston super Mare Radio Society will be held on Monday 15^th January 2018 commencing at 7.30pm at the Weston-Super-Mare Social Club, Devonshire Road.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows…

1. Apologies for absence and Silent Keys
2. Minutes of previous AGM
3. Chairman’s report
4. Secretary’s report
5. Treasurer’s report
6. Election of Officers, Committee and Auditor
7. Any other notified business

At the conclusion of the AGM, members of the Radio Society areinvited to paytheir 2018 subscriptions to the Treasurer,who with the support of the present committee is recommending that the cost be increased from January 2017 to £15.

Members of the Radio Society who attend meetings, must also be members of the

Weston Super Mare Social Club where we meet.

It should also be noted that the Radio Society is not dealing with the Social Club Membership and the fee of £5 for males and females must be paid directly to the Social Club by the end of January. Your membership club card should be presented to the social club secretary via the bar staff for endorsement from the Social Club secretary.
