Monday's meeting 11th December 2017
This year we have decided that it would be a nice change to have a meal out at a local restaurant/pub, as we have in the past, rather than arrange our own food at the Social Club.
All are therefore invited to our " Xmas party" !, evening out next Monday the 11th. This will take place commencing at 7:30 pm at the " Cabot" on the seafront at Weston super Mare. This is the Wetherspoons pub just along from the Wintergardens towards the Tech college.
There is no set menu and in fact there is no requirement to eat at all should you wish not wish to. There will of course be their normal menu to chose and order from, should you wish to have a meal.
Drinks although not a cheap as at the Social Club are still quite reasonably priced.
It is hoped that as many as possible will join us for the evening and of course the invitation is specifically extended to XYLs and family members who might find the venue more acceptable for an evening out, rather than the Social Club.
So to re-cap, it's buy your own drinks, buy your own food and order whatever takes your fancy. If you can't make it at 7: 30 don't worry, just pop in anytime throughout the evening and say hello.
